1.4. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.

1.5. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2.1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old for timed runs (5K and 10K). The Fun Walk category is open to all ages, but participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

2.2. Health Responsibility: By registering for the walkathon, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the event. It is recommended that you consult with a physician before participating, especially for the 10K run.

2.3. Registration: Registration is considered complete only upon receipt of full payment. Submission of registration form does not guarantee participation until payment is confirmed.

2.4. Bib Numbers: Bib numbers are non-transferable. Running with someone else's bib number will result in disqualification and may lead to banning from future events.

2.5. Race Day Conduct: Participants must follow all instructions from race officials, marshals, and medical personnel. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

4.1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in the walkathon involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic, and other conditions. By participating, you assume all such risks.

4.2. Waiver of Liability: In consideration of accepting your entry, you, for yourself and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, waive and release Qubatic Education and Welfare Society, its officials, volunteers, sponsors, and all other persons or entities associated with the event from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of your participation.

4.3. Medical Treatment: You authorize event officials to secure emergency medical treatment if necessary, at your expense.

4.4. Event Changes: We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event format (including distance) due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, natural disasters, or government directives.

5.1. All event photography, video, and multimedia content captured during the walkathon are the property of Qubatic Education and Welfare Society.

5.2. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media for promotional purposes without compensation.

5.3. The Qubatic Education and Charity walkathon name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of Qubatic Education and Welfare Society and may not be used without written permission.

6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

6.2. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

6.3. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

7.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

7.2. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the website or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
